These Terms of Use govern the use of the iOS app "Future Memo" (the "App") provided by Tsuyoshi Matsuoka ("we"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Data such as memos is stored only on your device. We do not retain it, and it may be lost due to device change, reset, or deletion. You are responsible for backing up important data.
Some features are auto-renewable subscriptions via the App Store. Prices and periods are shown on the purchase screen. They renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends; you can cancel in App Store settings. Payment is processed through your Apple ID.
You must not violate laws or public order, copy/modify/reverse-engineer the App, infringe our or third parties' rights, or interfere with operation.
Intellectual property rights in the App belong to us or the rightful owners. The content of memos you create belongs to you.
The App may display third-party ads (Google AdMob). Data handling follows the Privacy Policy.
The App is provided as is; we make no warranty of completeness or usefulness. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use, inability to use, or data loss.
We may change or discontinue the App without prior notice.
Handling of user information is governed by our separately established Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location.
We may revise these Terms as needed; the revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.
